Today, he leads Iris London’s Creative Council and also serves as a member of the agency’s Global Council, helping to shape creative vision and drive innovation across the network. His expertise in cultural, sports, and entertainment branding makes him a discerning and insightful judge, well-positioned to evaluate work with both professional rigor and an appreciation for impactful storytelling.

CEO & Co-Founder, Another World VR Corporation

Vasily Petrenko is the CEO and co-founder of Another World VR Corp, a global leader in free-roam virtual reality experiences for location-based entertainment centers worldwide.

With a background in Cytology and Genetics from Novosibirsk State University, Vasily transitioned early into tech and entertainment, co-founding ventures that combine science, innovation, and storytelling. His journey began in 2014 with Time Quest Lab, supporting escape rooms, theme parks, and interactive exhibitions. As CFO, he managed forecasting, marketing, and growth, and at Another World, he has led expansion, rebranding, and capital raising while redefining how users engage with technology in physical spaces.

His expertise in strategy, investment, sales, and product–market fit, particularly within emerging tech sectors, gives him a sharp perspective for evaluating startups shaping the future.

Associate Creative Director, LePub

Nayla Alana is an Associate Creative Director at LePub Brazil.
As an Associate Creative Director at LePub Brazil, Nayla crafts bold, insightful, and human-centred ideas that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. With over 14 years of experience, she brings a rich creative background shaped by her time at leading agencies such as Zulu Alpha Kilo Toronto, Galeria, Ogilvy Brazil, J. Walter Thompson, Publicis, and DDB Spain.

She is highly knowledgeable in brand communication with expertise spanning concept development, storytelling, and integrated campaign execution. She has crafted impactful campaigns for leading global brands, including Heineken, Jeep, TikTok, Adidas, Kotex, Ford, Nestlé, Netflix, Bradesco, Dove, and others.

Jenn Szekely

Managing Partner, USA, Coley Porter Bell

Jenn leads Coley Porter Bell’s US business, based in New York and is a member of the Coley Porter Bell Board. She brings over 20 years of B2C and B2B branding and marketing experience across a variety of industries, including retail, technology, hospitality, FMCG, nonprofit, manufacturing and healthcare.

Prior to joining Coley Porter Bell, Jenn was Executive Director, Marketing & New Business for FutureBrand where she led the marketing and new business team in North America. As part of her role, she helped expand the business to the West Coast and worked with clients such as Cisco, Peloton, Honeywell, Tupperware, Hard Rock International, Microsoft and Forever 21.

Previously, Jenn was Senior Vice President at Siegel+Gale, working in both New York and London with clients such as PepsiCo, Target, Carter’s, J.Crew, Choice Hotels, Procter & Gamble, Sony, and Seamless GrubHub. A highlight of her time at Siegel+Gale was working on the branding of Jeff Bezos’ aerospace company, Blue Origin, where she had the opportunity to work with the Bezos family and learn about the amazing world of space travel.

Jenn’s experience spans a variety of strategic and creative initiatives, from brand strategy, brand architecture and naming to creative executions including, visual identity, packaging, digital and trade show experience to hotel and retail interior design.

Jenn has been a judge at the North American Transform Awards and before her career in branding, she ran her own company, which included two retail stores in Boston, Massachusetts, specializing in fashion, art, antiques and design that won numerous awards and received critical acclaim in national newspapers, magazines, books and television.
