Senior service is a company that provides care to the elderly and help to informal caregivers. They came to us because they wanted a commercial in which they wanted to highlight a number of issues: They wanted to show that asking for help is very common and they want to show that they give the same loving care to your parents as you would yourself We came up with a concept in which we: - Linking something that is very normal to the fact that it is normal to ask for help - Literally had a son or daughter replaced by a Senior Service employee - and… we did it all in 1 shot. Everything that happened on screen was done live on set. This is because we wanted a calm experience of the commercial for the target group and therefore did not want to make quick edits.
