This is a project that I wrote and edited which is very close to home. I grew up in Highland Park, IL, and last year on the 4th of July the community suffered a mass shooting at the parade during what should be a celebration of people and America. This :30 was created as a social media response to encourage people to vote for candidates that support the assault weapon ban.
